Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the development and execution of business strategies and initiatives
- Automate using AI and AI Agents to optimize business processes in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform business strategies
- Report to the management team on business development activities and results
- Oversee the creation of business materials, including digital content, social media, and email campaigns
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of business strategies and tools
- Proven track record of managing successful business development campaigns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions
- Ability to use AI tools to automate and optimize business processes
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Experience with project management and team leadership
Communication Skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with head of business development and technical teams
- Must have strong presentation skills
- Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members
