Marketing Manager

This will be a long term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. In this role you will be accountable for planning and delivering marketing strategies and initiatives, managing campaigns, and overseeing the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Automate using AI Agents and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
  • Manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, social media, and email campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions
  • Ability to use AI tools to automate and optimize marketing processes
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Experience with project management and team leadership

Communication Skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with business and technical teams
  • Must have strong presentation skills
